MSNBC Host Melts Down; Says McCarthy Speakership Is “Continuation of J6 Insurrection”
It is not a major shock that the left loves to continue and drag out issues only to overplay their hand and this latest move from an MSNBC host is the poster child of that issue…
In a recent MSNBC broadcast, anchor Jonathan Capehart used his platform on Monday to make an absolutely wild accusation about the McCarthy speakership election and the Republicans that held out their votes in the process.
Capehart suggested on Monday during the broadcast that the resistance of McCarthy’s election for Speaker of the House was in fact a “continuation” of the so-called “insurrection” that took place on January 6.
During the show, Capehart had (shockingly) Democratic Representative Madeleine Dean on the show to discuss these wild claims.
Dean not only agreed with Capehart but also went on to say that it was “chilling” to her that Florida Representative Matt Gaetz nominated former President Donald Trump as Speaker of the House during the speakership election.
“I’ve not been shy about saying that McCarthy’s protracted fight over the speaker’s gavel with members of his own party was a continuation of that insurrection. Am I wrong? Am I going too far?” Jonathan Capehart said to the Democrat representative.
“No, you’re not going too far … It absolutely is proof how he [McCarthy] has failed. He had a chance to lead his conference right after January 6. He stood and said that the president was responsible and he then turned to jello and he couldn’t stay with that. I have to tell you, as we were sitting there, I had so many texts from friends back home because so much was on the line, not just the circus of the Republican Party,” Dean said in response to the MSNBC host.

Not only is this just a blatant attempt to drag up the January 6th insurrection and pin it on Donald Trump once again, but it just shows just a lack of class and reporting in the mainstream news these days.
Despite the claims that the accusations made in the video did not go too far, it is absolutely wild that such an accusation would be made from the desk of MSNBC.
Of course it is not a huge shocker that they would produce such a vile accusation and it is clear that no one even cares about their reporting due to the abysmal ratings report that MSNBC had this year and the huge increase that more conservative outlets like Fox News have seen this past year.
