Nancy Pelosi’s Mind Is Blown By The Idea ‘Anybody’ Would Vote GOP In NY Times Interview

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, a California Democrat, in an interview published by the New York Times on Monday, expressed major disbelief that a person would vote for a Republican. Apparently, she doesn’t understand how government works and how badly her party has completely, utterly screwed up the economy for the vast majority of American voters.

Not to mention the GOP has a clear moral high ground when it comes to principles and values. Why would anyone want to support a party that is not only okay with murdering unborn children but celebrates doing so? That’s beyond sick. It’s demonic.

According to Fox News, “The paper pressed Pelosi on ‘troubling’ data for Democrats this November. But Pelosi ‘rejected the suggestion that late-breaking trends seem to favor Republicans,’ according to The Times report.”

“Part of it is, I cannot believe anybody would vote for these people,” she went on to say, before attacking Republicans’ campaign strategy as “endless lying and endless money.” Those who are guilty of a sin they are criticizing others for should probably just remain silent or remove all doubt as to the extent of their foolishness.

The Fox News report said, “In recent media interviews, the Democrat has spurned polls showing GOP-favored issues like the economy and crime are what voters care about the most. Pelosi argued last week on MSNBC that abortion rights were still a top concern for the majority of women and independents.”

Pelosi then “disputed the idea that abortion was fading as a driving issue.”

“You think that. You go think that,” she remarked to the GOP. “I can tell you, it is not in the rearview mirror.”

Record high inflation and high gas prices have made the economy the number one issue for a majority of voters. While the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision made abortion a higher priority with some voters, Republicans have gained back the edge they had months ago, leading with voters by 2.2% on average, according to Real Clear Politics,” the report continued.

Pelosi has been trying to get the rest of her party to ditch talking about inflation, waving it off as a “global phenomenon.”

“The fight is not about inflation,” she claimed on CBS’s “Face the Nation” on Sunday. The California Democrat stated that her party should focus their efforts on the “cost of living” and about “getting out the vote.”

Inflation is a major problem for most American voters. People who were once prospering quite nicely have had their savings depleted and are now living paycheck to paycheck. The cost of groceries is astronomical right now. Factor in the cost of fuel and the decreasing value of the dollar, which is also pushing down the purchasing power of our currency, and you have people now struggling to make ends meet.

The fact that Pelosi is willing to ignore this and focus on other issues tells you that she, along with other Democrats does not care about the average middle-class citizen of this country. And that might be the downfall of the party, as those individuals make up most of our society.
