Fox News host Jesse Watters unleashed a scathing attack on Joe Biden after a trainwreck interview with MSNBC, during which a White House aid can be heard feeding him cues.

Watters’ comments came after the interview circulated the web, with many people criticizing Biden’s lackluster performance.

During the interview, MSNBC anchor Craig Melvin asked Biden about the rise in hate crimes, gun violence, and attacks on women in America. However, before Biden could answer, a White House staffer interrupted, saying, “You can’t do that, sorry.”

Watters was quick to call out the staffer’s behavior, saying, “Have you ever seen White House staffers jump in in the middle of an interview like that? The anchor was just rattling off a list of bad things happening under Joe Biden. Hate crimes on the rise, gun crimes on the rise, attacks on women on the rise. And the White House staffer said, you can’t do that, sorry. Can’t do what exactly? Ask the President of the United States a question about the country?”

Watters went on to suggest that the behavior of the White House staff was evidence of corruption, saying, “What kind of corrupt arrangement are we witnessing here? And the staff couldn’t even save Biden. He went on to confuse Obama with Trump. Are they trying to stop the question from being asked? Are they trying to stop the president from answering it? I don’t know. And it happened twice during the interview.”

The Fox News host also took issue with Biden’s performance during the interview, saying, “Now Biden can’t make it through an interview with MSNBC without help. If Biden can’t make it through an interview with MSNBC without help, how is he going to make it another 4 years?”

Watters’ comments echo concerns that have been raised by many Americans about Biden’s ability to lead the country. Since taking office, Biden has faced criticism for his sometimes rambling speeches and his tendency to stumble over words.

Just yesterday Biden mistakenly directed Americans to the wrong website. During his address, Biden announced the launch of a new website called “flightsright.gov,” which he urged Americans to visit for information on their rights as air travelers. However, the correct web address is actually “flightrights.gov.”
