In a tense exchange Wednesday, Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy confronted Joe Biden about the recent testimony of Devin Archer, a former business associate of his son Hunter Biden.
Archer’s testimony, which has garnered significant attention in recent days, claims that Joe Biden was frequently present during business discussions, often via speakerphone.
Doocy asked, “There’s this testimony now where one of your son’s former business associates is claiming that you were on speaker phone a lot talking business.”
Biden, expressing his disdain for the question said, “I never talked business. I knew you’d have a lousy question.'”
Doocy pressed on, asking the President to clarify. “Why is that a lousy question?'”
To which Biden responded, “Because it’s not true.”

Archer is the American businessman who has been closely associated with Hunter. The two were business partners and served together on the board of Burisma Holdings, a large private natural gas company in Ukraine.
Archer’s business connections with the Biden family and their mutual involvement in Ukrainian business ventures have occasionally been subjects of political scrutiny and investigation. He has highlighted Hunter’s value to the business in recent interviews, emphasizing his Washington D.C. connections and the “Biden brand.”
Archer has claimed Joe Biden was part of roughly 20 calls over a decade, describing it as an “abuse of soft power.” Archer also referenced a letter from Joe Biden expressing gratitude and excitement about their business approach.
Notably, his statements contradict Joe Biden’s previous assertions that he was never involved in his son’s business dealings.
