Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has announced his challenge against President Joe Biden in the upcoming 2024 election. Kennedy, the son of former U.S. Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy and a prominent environmental activist, declared his candidacy during a rally in front of a passionate – and large – crowd.

“My mission over the next 18 months of this campaign, and throughout my presidency, will be to end the corrupt merger of state and corporate power that is threatening now to impose a new kind of corporate feudalism on our country,” Kennedy said.

According to an exclusive USA TODAY/Suffolk University Poll, Kennedy Jr. has the backing of 14% of voters who voted for President Joe Biden in 2020.

Kennedy Jr. is the son of former Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy and a well-known environmental lawyer and activist. He has worked on a range of environmental issues, including advocating for clean water, fighting against the use of pesticides, and promoting renewable energy.

Kennedy has also been involved in politics, and has been an outspoken critic of certain government policies, particularly those related to the environment and Covid-19. He has served as an advisor to several political campaigns and has been involved in various environmental and social justice organizations. In recent years, Kennedy has criticized vaccine mandates and mRNA jabs.

Less than a week ago, Roger Stone, a political consultant, suggested that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. could be a strong contender for the 2024 presidential election due to his family’s political legacy and environmental activism. Stone even said that if Kennedy performed well, Donald Trump should consider drafting him as the Republican vice-presidential candidate in a “bipartisan” unity ticket.

Although Kennedy is a Democrat, Stone argued that he could garner as much as a third of the vote and impact the Democratic primary process. Trump and Kennedy have been friends before Trump’s presidency, and Stone believed that Kennedy’s appointment could silence those critical of Trump’s handling of Covid-19 and attract Democrats and Independents unhappy with Biden’s policies.

In March of this year, Kennedy Jr. accused Dr. Anthony Fauci of orchestrating a bio-weapons arms race that resulted in the Covid-19 pandemic.
