BREAKING: Comer Hints At More FBI Documents Discovered In Biden Bribery Investigation

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY), speaking on Fox News Sunday, suggested the FBI is in possession of more investigatory documents implicating President Joe Biden in a multimillion-dollar bribery scandal.

Comer, who joined host Trey Gowdy on “Sunday Night in America,” leveled new allegations against the Bureau for slow walking its investigation into the Biden family and its business dealings.

“It appears the only entity in the world that’s investigating it is the House Oversight Committee,” Rep. Comer said according to Fox News.

The Kentucky Republican added that he believes the FBI to be withholding more documents cited inside the FD1023 form that was recently disclosed to lawmakers. The form, used to collect testimony from a whistleblower, contains claims that President Biden as vice president accepted a bribe valued between $5 million and $10 million to smooth the path for his family’s business dealings in Ukraine. The president’s embattled son Hunter Biden held a prominent board position with Ukrainian company Burisma Holdings.

From Fox:

According to Comer, the allegations related to form 1023 may extend beyond a single document. He suggests that there are likely more forms containing additional evidence of bribery linked to the Biden family.

“Once the FBI allowed me and Jamie Raskin, my counterpart on the House Oversight Committee, to go in and look at it, I read it again and then realized that there were two footnotes in there that referenced other 1023s,” he said.

“This is going to turn out, I think, a lot like the suspicious activity reports that the Treasury Cabinet had on the Bidens,” Comer said. “There are a lot more of these than what the federal government wants to admit, and the question is, why hasn’t the federal government done anything about it?”

Rep. Comer recently canceled a vote to hold FBI Director Christopher Wray in contempt after the Bureau agreed to allow members of the House Oversight Committee to view the FD1023 form in a secure location. The Oversight chair claims to have accessed emails between Hunter Biden and the Obama White House keeping his father’s administration abreast of his business activities, a development at odds with the president’s refusal to admit he was aware at all. House Republicans have identified at least nine members of the Biden family who profited from business dealings on behalf of foreign companies and may have required them to register as foreign agents, a step which was never taken.
