BREAKING: Ukrainian Business Person Revealed At Center Of Biden Bribery Allegations; FBI Ignored Credible Tip In 2017
House Oversight Chair James Comer (R-KY) revealed late Tuesday new allegations from a well-placed source that a bribe was sent to then-Vice President Joe Biden in 2017 relating to Hunter Biden’s business dealings in Ukraine.
Rep. Comer, speaking with Just The News, laid out details contained within a 1023 form that FBI officials have until now failed to disclose to lawmakers seeking to tie President Biden to the business activities of his son and other family members. FBI Director Christopher Wray authorized a limited viewing for the Oversight chair in response to a coming contempt of Congress charge.
When asked whether the alleged bribe involved a Ukrainian businessman who hired Hunter Biden at Burisma Holdings, Comer refused to speculate and said the name of the informant was redacted during his viewing.
“I probably better punt on that question. The name was redacted,” Comer said.
House Republicans will continue to investigate whether the Bureau chalked the allegation up to “Russian disinformation,” which would follow a pattern by America’s surveillance actors who have previously claimed Hunter Biden’s laptop was produced by Russian operatives to cause chaos in the 2016 presidential election.
Rep. Comer and others on the Oversight Committee are exploring the truth behind allegations that President Biden partook in a $5 million bribery scheme launched by members of his family who lobbied on behalf of foreign companies seeking influence in Washington. Whistleblowers at the Bureau have testified about the hardships they have faced for claiming their agency has interfered in the investigation of criminal activity by Hunter Biden. Separately, a coalition of veteran former agents has decried “politicization” at the FBI.
Until now, the FBI has pushed back on efforts by House Republicans to unseal the contents of the 1023 form, which is used when agents receive confidential tips from sources. Doing so, said the Bureau, would give the appearance of veracity to claims that remain unsubstantiated. The recalcitrance has led high-profile Republicans like Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) to introduce articles of impeachment against Director Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland.
