BREAKING: Hunter’s Business Partner ‘In Talks’ To Testify On Biden Bribery Scheme After Subpoena
Hunter Biden’s former business partner Devon Archer is reportedly in talks with the House Oversight Committee to testify about his knowledge of the alleged bribery scheme involving then-Vice President Joe Biden and the Ukrainian gas giant Burisma. An FD-1023 form compiled by a “highly credible” FBI source alleges that Biden was paid $10 million by a former Burisma executive in a quid pro quo understanding to have Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who was investigating the company, fired.
On Monday, the House Oversight Committee subpoenaed Devon Archer and demanded that he testify Friday. Archer is in talks to comply with the subpoena but is requesting a later deposition, according to a report from Breitbart News.
Archer is a longtime business partner of the president’s troubled son, Hunter, and has long been embroiled in the investigations into the Biden family’s business dealings with foreign nationals. Beginning in 2014, Archer is widely believed to have helped Hunter Biden secure his position on the board of Burisma while his father was serving as vice president.
In one email to Archer dated April 13, 2014, Hunter Biden refers to “my guy’s upcoming travels,” one week before his father visited Ukraine as vice president.
“It was an uncharacteristically sophisticated email, listing 22 points about Ukraine’s political situation, with detailed analysis of the upcoming election and anticipating an escalation of Russia’s ‘destabilization campaign,’” reported the New York Post.
Archer has faced his own legal woes in recent years. He was convicted of defrauding a Native American tribe in 2022 after a lengthy appeals process and is currently awaiting sentencing.
In 2019, Hunter Biden told Archer that he was being persecuted simply because he is a member of the Biden family. “Every great family is persecuted and prosecuted in the US — you are part of a great family — not a side show not deserted by them even in your darkest moments,” he said. “That’s the way Bidens are different and you are a Biden. It’s the price of power.”

The latest news comes as the investigation into the Biden family’s business dealings reaches new levels of intensity. Earlier this week, Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) revealed that a foreign national had recorded 17 conversations with the Biden family — 15 with Hunter and two with then-President Biden — in which the bribery scheme was detailed.
The foreign national has since been identified as Burisma founder Mykola Zlochevsky, according to a report from The Federalist. Zlochevsky was reportedly terrified by the election of Donald Trump in 2016 as he worried that he would open an investigation into the Biden family’s business dealings, the FD-1023 form reportedly lays out.
The Burisma executive then told the “highly credible” FBI source that he was holding on to the recordings as an “insurance policy.”
