Biden’s Refusal to Release Hunter’s Potentially Incriminating Emails May Spell Legal Issues For White House

Joe Biden’s White House has refused to announce whether or not they will release information inside emails that could shed light on Hunter Biden’s relationship with Ukraine business ventures which could spell legal trouble for the Biden Administration…

A legal group staffed with Trump White House alumni has now threatened legal action against Joe Biden if the current President announces that he will not release the potentially incriminating emails.

“He will have only proven just how much he has to hide.” America First Legal said via a spokesperson to Fox News. 

This specific legal group as well as several others have filed for the release of the information via the Freedom of Information Act under the key word “Burisma” which was the businesses that Hunter Biden is rumored to have been conducting illegal activity with.

The only thing that stands in the way of the release of that information is Joe Biden’s White House who America First Legal has promised to bring in legal repercussions against Biden if he were to block the release of the information.

The information requested contains a whopping 3oo emails that Hunter Biden may have exchanged with business oligarchs in Ukraine. A relationship that may have escalated to a severe conflict of interest considering how much funding Biden has given to the country in their war with Russia.

Despite their lack of announcing if the files will be released or not, legal groups like America First Legal has put Joe Biden’s feet over the fire with their threat of legal action if the President’s administration refuses to act on the issue.

At the helm of America First Legal action’s, former Trump advisor Stephen Miller made the legal threat real when sent metaphorical warning shots to the current Presidential Administration.

“America First Legal launched the request for these National Archive records, and is now suing in federal court to obtain them, in order to fight public corruption of the highest order. Influence peddling for cash threatens our national security, allows foreign adversaries to extort our leaders, and undermines all public faith and confidence in government. And, in many cases, it is criminal,” Miller said to Fox News Digital.

“We will fight it. We will expose it. We will leave no dark corner sheltered from the disinfecting light of justice. And if President Biden tries to block our request, in brazen defiance of the law, he will have only proven just how much he has to hide — and steeled our determination to find it and share it for all in the public to see. Our lawyers stand at the ready,” Miller went on to say.

America First Legal has announced that they want ALL records of Hunter Biden’s communication with Burisma in order to see if he used his dad’s then-Vice-President position as leverage to cut businesses deals. If proven these actions are not only sinister but also very much so illegal.
