WATCH: Senator Coons Bizarrely Claims There Is No Evidence Tying Joe Biden To Hunter’s Business Dealings

During a Sunday morning appearance on MSNBC’s Meet The Press, Senator Chris Coons (D-DE) claimed there is “no evidence” that ties President Joe Biden with his son’s shady business dealings.

“Let’s be clear about that point, Chuck, there is been a five year investigation- 5 years- by a Trump appointed U.S. Attorney. This investigation started during the Trump administration and they have come forward with not one shred of evidence tying President Biden to any of this” boldly declared Senator Coons.

The bizarre remark came after Chuck Todd asked if it was better for Joe Biden to directly come out and state that he had “no business dealings with my son. My son’s issues are my son’s issues.” Back in 2019, Joe Biden directly said something to this effect. Joe Biden claimed that “I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.”

Despite Joe Biden’s denials and Senator Coons’s bizarre notion of there being “no shred of evidence”, there is a litany of reasons and evidence to raise an eyebrow over how far the father used his son in influence peddling schemes. There is literally an FBI memo that was made by a trusted confidential human source that outlined what he alleged to be a $10 million bribery scheme between the Bidens and the Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings.  The House Oversight Committee released a timeline of the Biden’s family business overseas deals and  how Joe Biden fit in a number of them that was based on documented material.

There are also numerous bank statements that documented over 170 suspicious transactions emanating from the Biden family. There are also voluminous text messages and emails by Hunter Biden that on their face display the use of his father in his negotiations with foreign businesses. One such message to a Chinese company expressed that “I [Hunter] am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled… I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”

Coon’s touted Trump appointed attorney investigation into Hunter Biden as a credible counterpoint to the above mentioned documented evidence is farcical as well. Whistleblowers have emerged from that same investigation who informed Congress that they were not permitted to follow any potential reasonable leads that could implicate Joe Biden in his son’s business dealings. The same whistleblowers also observed clear evidence of their investigation being stymied by politics.
