WATCH: Judge Judy SLAMS Joe Biden In Brutally Honest Takedown
Judge Judy has earned the right over nearly 40 years on the bench to dispense words of wisdom, and President Joe Biden is no different from those in her courtroom caught on the receiving end of her decisions.
The famous television arbiter, whose real name is Judy Sheindlin, told CNN that she believes the 80-year-old incumbent is probably too tired to handle the day-to-day responsibilities of running the most powerful country on earth.
“Joe Biden is now older. I’m not going to get into what everybody talks about with his cognitive ability,” Judge Judy started diplomatically. “But I know he’s my age.”
“I run a big business. I’m the matriarch of the family of 20 plus. I make decisions that affect hundreds of people every day. I need a nap in the afternoon. So does Joe Biden — probably two,” she said, raising two fingers to emphasize her point.

The remarks came while Judge Judy was in New Hampshire stumping for Nikki Haley whom she endorsed in the final weekend before the New Hampshire primary. She also didn’t shy away from her belief that former President Donald Trump, 77, may be too old for the presidency. At 52, Haley is decades younger than both though is all but certain to lose the Granite State’s election Tuesday: a Boston Globe/Suffolk University poll out Monday morning shows her trailing Trump by 18 points among Republican primary voters.
Still, the endorsement by Judge Judy is a rare one for a figure who rarely strayed from her down-the-line attitude in the courtroom. She previously endorsed Michael Bloomberg for president in 2020, saying after 50 years of doing little in politics besides voting, “times have changed in our country, and I believe the moment has come for me to step out from behind the curtain.”
Whether or not Haley’s campaign continues, Judge Judy’s remarks will likely provide President Trump with fodder from now until November. He has repeatedly mocked Biden for getting lost on stage and predicted the elderly Democrat won’t make it to Election Day. The White House has been able to do little else than equip Biden with special shoes and smaller flights of stairs, and send out Vice President Kamala Harris to declare that he is “very much alive.”
