WATCH: Biden Handler Pops Up To Save Joe From Walking Into Wall After Speech

Another speech, another senior moment for President Joe Biden.

The 81-year-old was wrapping up remarks Wednesday evening before the Wisconsin Black Chamber of Commerce, drawing polite applause and appearing to have his exit under control. But the president, if anything, is always willing to grant viewers another opportunity to doubt his lucidity.

In a clip circulating on X, Biden turns from the podium, raising his eyebrows and shrugging as he appears unsure of where to go. He then faces the back wall, raising his hands in what appears to be confused frustration, before offering a small wave and then jogging directly toward the wall behind him. The leader of the free world was just steps away from colliding with a wall of state and national flags before an aide rushes to the stage and guides him behind the curtain.

The incident occurred just days after former President Donald Trump repeated his popular imitation of his perennially lost rival, pretending to get lost walking off the stage and joking that the medications fed to President Biden by his staff were “wearing off.”  With each fall, stumble, spacing-out, or otherwise deteriorating performance by Biden, President Trump has risen to mock him as “walking on toothpicks” or predicting that he won’t make it to Election Day next November.

The White House, fully aware that the president’s age is one of his greatest challenges, has launched a full-scale plan to prevent him from tumbling again in public by outfitting him with special shoes and allowing him to board Air Force One via a smaller auxiliary set of stairs. Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has been dispatched on clean-up duty in the press, ludicrously claiming that the White House press corps “can’t keep up” with Biden and his supposedly vigorous daily schedule. Perhaps Biden himself, recognizing his limitations, may be falling victim to his own schedule as he’s been spotted dozing off in public on multiple occasions.

Deep majorities of Americans believe President Biden is too old to serve a second term. Should he win reelection, the Democrat would end his time in office at the age of 86, the oldest president in history. Biden, who says he “has to” run, believes it’s “stupid” for voters to think he can’t handle the world’s toughest job.
