‘NO!’: Biden SNAPS At Reporter For Asking If He Was Involved In Hunter’s ‘Chinese Shake-Down Text’

President Joe Biden got testy with a reporter who asked him whether he was involved in a “shake-down text messages” between his son Hunter Biden and Chinese businesspeople, yelling “No!” in response.

“How involved were you in your son’s Chinese shake-down text message? Were you sitting there? Were you involved?” a reporter asked as Biden laughed.

“No, I wasn’t, I –” Biden responded before being asked, “Were you?” by another reporter.

“NO!” the president shot back.

The heat on President Biden is coming fast and hard following a plea agreement reached between his son and federal prosecutors that saw Hunter Biden plead guilty to two misdemeanor counts of tax fraud related to income reported from lobbying on behalf of companies in China and other foreign nations.

House Republicans are continuing to investigate allegations that President Biden accepted a bribe from a Ukrainian national in exchange for helping to fire a troublesome civil servant and easing the path for Hunter Biden’s business dealings in the country.

President Biden’s most recent snappy comeback is the latest in a string of unflattering encounters with members of the press asking basic questions about his involvement in his son’s criminal activities. When confronted over a reference to the “big guy” in the infamous FBI form alleging bribery, Biden shot back at the reporter, “Such a dumb question.”

Other instances include Biden telling a reporter to “shush up” over his position on the national debt ceiling and to “give me a break” when pressed on his family’s connections to business dealings in China. Rep. James Comer (R-KY) last month unveiled the “nine members of the Biden crime family” who received millions of dollars from mysterious limited liability companies set up to accept payments from foreign nationals.

The White House’s strained interactions with the press have been a hallmark of President Biden’s first term and have extended to official White House briefings. Last week Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre offered a retort similar to the president in response to questions about text messages implicating him in the controversial business dealings of his son.

The top communications official has been forced to walk back claims that President Biden has taken more questions from reporters than his past three predecessors despite not holding a single solo briefing since the beginning of the year. Following former President Donald Trump’s indictment by the Manhattan district attorney in April, Jean-Pierre got into a shouting match with a reporter, offering a politicized retelling of the January 6, 2021 riots at the Capitol.
